Skills Future Education has organized a training course about Customer Service Excellence and Communication Etiquette for trainees who are working in the field of sale and services.
Mr. David Johnson – Trainer, Consultant – said: “Today, every business and profit element revolves around the service and the way of providing services. Service Excellence is about being one step ahead – understanding what customer want before they even know what they want. We place a focus on the art of listening, questioning and taking the initiative to provide courteous and helpful service to all customers.”
In the course, learners also went through a series of experiential learning activities designed to help them not only learn the best practices but also to shape one’s mind to be proactive in providing excellent service.
