“Customer is always co-creator of value” – This is one of the new paradigms for service that Elite JSC was trained on July 14 and 15 to meet the expectations of how to achieve great customer service, bringing great experience for every customer when coming to Elite. The training program was held in parallel at the Elite offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

The training helps learners understand why services are important to today’s business, recognizing the significance and impact of one’s role within the service value chain as well as measurement, self-monitoring to ensure consistency with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
“Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends – This is Walt Disney’s motto that I like the most during training.” – A learner said – “After this course, I realized that to make customers feel satisfied with our service is not too difficult. It is important for the service provider to pay attention to the needs of a customer, understand what they want to achieve when they come to our service. In addition, we need to show a “can-do” attitude, proactively looks for alternatives to solve customers problems and takes the extra mile to help them.”
The training in Hanoi also organized collective activities to help trainees find value through these activities.
Following the program, Skills Future continued training for Elite the advanced selling skills in the two days of July 16 and 17, to help salespeople access a more dynamic approach to selling by centering on the client’s unique requirements, quickly builds up trust in the business relationships, motivate the participants in developing a more positive attitude towards themselves, their jobs & their company.
