Along with other fast developing countries in ASEAN, Vietnam is seeing a growing demand for high-quality education and training in its efforts to equip her people with the competencies that is required by the economy.
Training Vision Institute’s Founder & CEO, Mr David Kwee and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Mr Danny Lee, recently participated in an investment trip to Northern Vietnam, organized by a group of like-minded and progressive training and education institutions. The delegation, comprising at least 15 Singapore-based training organisations and trade officials, kicked off their trip in Thanh Hoa, before proceeding on to Hai Phong and Hanoi. Meetings were set up to meet key officials from the Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) as well as Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) to name a few. These warm meetings and lively discussions help the group members better understand the policies and directions of this dynamic country. The group returned home after an interesting 6 days with a heightened sense of excitement over its potential role in bringing Singapore’s brand of training and education programmes to the companies and individuals in Vietnam.
