Initiates Training programme to Build Capabilities through a Values-Based Competency Framework of Elite Technology JSC.

Elite Technology Joint Stock Company (Elite JSC.) has collaborated with Skills Future Education to kick off the training program to build capabilities through a Values-Based Competency Framework.
Mr.James Siew – Trainer and Developer – said, “This course focuses on the systematic training of working skills and enhances the professionalism of staff and managers of Elite-JSC. Designed by modules with in-depth content, the training programme will be the key to help the staff of Elite-JSC improving knowledge, skills, and methods to work better aims to build a strong, effective model based on individual competency framework.”
Appreciate the role of human capital investment, Mr.Allen W. Lou – CEO of Elite-JSC – said that the training of management and leadership skills is very important, especially in the context of Elite-JSC strengthening and improving the quality of staff on the way of integration and development. Mr. Allen highly appreciated the training curriculum of the experts and stated: “The course at Elite JSC has many innovations, applying positive teaching methods, enhance teamwork and interactive soft skills to help students apply their knowledge to solve real situations”. Elite-JSC requires the participants to seriously participate in the course, sticking to the practical work to solve the situation during the discussion process.
